About the Role
  • As a Mobile AC Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract in the Surrey area.
  • You will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
  • Pressure leak tests and AC fault finding.
  • Compressor changes and brazing.
  • Extensive building services knowledge and electrical knowledge.
Benefits and Package Information
  • Basic salary of up to £43,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-17:00 pm.
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • Van and fuel card provided.
  • Tablet and work phone provided.
  • Full company uniform.
  • Private use of van.
  • Travel paid after 30 minutes each way.
  • Opportunities for overtime.
Requirements
  • AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2.
  • F-Gas qualification (Essential).
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled and good communication skills.
  • Client-facing and able to work independently.
