About the Role:

Nationwide Platforms Limited is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of a range of powered access equipment within our depot and on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
  2. Complete all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
  3. Promote teamwork between colleagues across all depots to ensure delivery of an effective workshop performance.
  4. Ensure the van is fully equipped with spare parts at all times.
  5. Ensure service records are maintained and updated onto systems and daily worksheets are populated.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with relevant general maintenance qualification and proven experience gained within the plant rental sector. You should have experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding. Good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service are essential.
