About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Cobb & Jones Recruitment Limited. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing strategic, commercial influence to non-finance roles and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: Work closely with the Regional Head of Sales to provide regional finance support to a large group of sales colleagues across the business.
  • Financial Analysis: Develop and drive the analysis and understanding of key business initiatives that directly link to our strategic growth pillars.
  • Financial Evaluations: Build and evaluate financial evaluations to ascertain the suitability of new business and focus on margin impacting activity.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Produce reports and presentations to drive business results and promote cross-functional collaboration and understanding.
  • Team Support: Support the rest of the team with their daily activities, developing new ways of working or simplifying current reporting.
  • Deputy Role: Act as deputy for the Senior Finance Business Partner as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified accountant in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
  • Skills: Strong business partnering skills across all levels, with the confidence and ability to understand trends and results. High level of competency in financial analysis and modelling.
