Position Overview

The Client Relationship Specialist will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, making informed decisions by closely monitoring their performance while offering personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing transactions efficiently.
  • Managing RBS and overseeing the allocation of collections.
  • Coordinating schedules with the necessary documentation (invoices/timesheets).
  • Facilitating client payments.

Account Management Duties

  • Supervising credit control to ensure timely debt recovery.
  • Providing exceptional client service, including on-site visits.
  • Conducting performance evaluations for clients.
  • Performing risk assessments.
  • Gaining insights into the client's business operations.
  • Verifying the legitimacy of invoices and supporting documents.
  • Resolving any disputes that may arise.
  • Making informed decisions regarding funding limits.
  • Establishing new customer accounts.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Carrying out other tasks as assigned within the role's scope.
  • Providing coverage for team members in various departments.
  • Conducting monthly reviews with clients.
  • Participating in company training sessions and meetings.
