Logistics Operations Supervisor - Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee incoming IPR shipments, ensuring adherence to proper customs protocols. Conduct thorough quality inspections of received goods within 24 hours of arrival.
  • Manage import/export processes and shipments efficiently.
  • Lead the logistics team to guarantee that orders are fulfilled to the highest standards in terms of product quality and packaging, ensuring safety and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update the Production Report as necessary.
  • Coordinate in-house personalization and engraving schedules for received goods.
  • Monitor and expedite incoming shipments from suppliers, addressing any issues promptly to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Ensure all workshop shipments are forwarded to the workshop team for quality control and labeling prior to storage.
  • Compile and distribute a Daily Summary Report to all relevant personnel regarding goods received and dispatched.
  • Safeguard stock items and ensure proper storage practices, maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
  • Document all stock movements; manage and track samples, including high-value and custom items such as silverware.
  • Conduct quarterly inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and report findings.
  • Generate and update monthly inventory reports, including bespoke items.
  • Oversee the movement of tools and equipment.
  • Ensure project stock is labeled and stored securely.
  • Safeguard finished project components during storage.
  • Maintain comprehensive control of the warehouse, ensuring it operates as a 'closed system' where products/components are managed exclusively by you.
  • Log and report all issues related to suppliers, quality, internal processes, or courier services.
  • Provide precise and timely delivery estimates to the sales team, outlining various options and associated costs, including duties and taxes.
  • Manage outgoing IPR shipments, ensuring all documentation is recorded for quarterly assessments.
  • Organize and coordinate sales order deliveries, verifying all details are accurate, and ensuring that paperwork for international shipments is complete, including commercial invoices, packing lists, ATRs, and any other specific requirements.
  • Ensure successful delivery of shipments, tracking progress from collection to final delivery to clients.

Logistics Operations Supervisor - Desired Qualifications
