Operational Excellence Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to join our team at Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP. As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and embedding a culture of excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to drive process improvements
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Experience with lean sigma methodologies and tools, such as value stream mapping and root cause analysis
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data to inform process improvement decisions
