We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Vision for Education - Huddersfield. As a Support Worker, you will be working with primary aged pupils who have been identified as having additional needs. These needs range from ASD, PMLD, Complex needs, Mobility, SEMH and MLD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting young people and children with a range of special educational needs
  • Working as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for pupils
  • Assisting pupils with their daily needs, including personal care and mobility
  • Participating in activities and sessions to support pupils' learning and development

Requirements

  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of school aged pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults
