Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance & Administration team at LM RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, managing payments, and ensuring accurate account reconciliation.
About the Role:
- Process and verify purchase invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate records
- Perform data entry for VAT and other returns, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with farm and other managers and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable roles
- Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
