About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role in our Voids Service team. As a Void Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of void repair services across our region, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.

You will lead a team of operatives, electricians, and waste disposal specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in service delivery and business objectives will be essential in driving performance and achieving targets.

As a key member of our Voids Service team, you will work closely with our Head of Service to develop and implement new processes and procedures, ensuring that our services are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of operatives, electricians, and waste disposal specialists to deliver void repair services across our region.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve service delivery and performance.
  • Work closely with our Head of Service to ensure that our services are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
