About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our team at City Facilities Management. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to service call requests and assess the requirements of each job, carrying out repairs as necessary within agreed timescales.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC assets, identifying and reporting any non-repairable faults or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, including at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
  • F Gas qualified.
  • 17th or 18th Edition (desirable).
  • Proven experience working in a multi-site environment, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel on a daily basis.
