Job Title: Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across multiple sites.

About the Role:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air handling units, gas fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pump systems, and more.
  • Respond to service call/alarm requests from the central Helpdesk and assess the requirements of the job, carrying out repairs as necessary within agreed timescales and response times.
  • Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings and make recommendations regarding suitable replacements.
  • Work in a dynamic business environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
  • Recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, including at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
  • F Gas (2079) qualified.
  • 17th or 18th Edition (desirable).
  • Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel on a daily basis.
