Studio Assistant Cleaning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Assistant Cleaning Coordinator to join our team at NuServe, a leading cleaning supplier in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to support the operational management of cleaning contracts across a large site with multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise daily with the Cleaning Manager on site and staff matters to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure the operation is managed in line with company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality services.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient records for quality and cost control to optimize performance.
  • Communicate effectively with the site and customers through regular email and verbal updates to achieve team goals.
  • Document client requests and support the Account Manager in maintaining payroll and accounts with each client.
  • Have a thorough understanding of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals, and supervise their use to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Be involved in recruitment, induction training, development, and training of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Support the identification of training needs and maintain accurate site records at all times.
  • Ensure that all team members are familiar with and adhere to the Company's Health and Safety Policy and Procedures, COSHH, cleaning methods, and Site Specific Procedures.
  • Conduct regular cleaning audits and address any issues highlighted to maintain high standards.
  • Provide support to the team as required and undertake cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities and raise them with the Accounts Manager to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading or supervising a team of 10 or more employees.
  • Strong communication and people management skills to maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • IT literacy with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data and present information.
  • Excellent time-keeping, organization, planning, and scheduling skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Self-motivation to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • A background in the cleaning sector.
  • Understanding of various cleaning approaches and methods.
  • Industry acumen and knowledge of external cleaning developments and innovations.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience working in a film or TV-based environment.
