About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at Hirobe Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex eCommerce projects using Magento 2/Adobe Commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery.
  • Undertake monthly strategy calls with clients to discuss project progress, provide solutions, and suggest improvements based on your knowledge of general eCommerce and Magento features.
  • Manage project budgets, review automated reports, and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Participate in technical discussions, act as a buffer between the development team and clients, and provide technical guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong focus on Magento 2/Adobe Commerce.
  • 4+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Direct working knowledge of Magento 2 Open Source and Adobe Commerce, with a solid understanding of key features such as B2B and their applications.
  • Familiarity with common integrations with Magento, including payment gateways, ERP, PIM, and marketing systems.
  • Certification in Magento or Adobe Commerce is highly desirable.
