About the Role:
Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Prime Residential market. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from £5m-£20m in contract value
- Collaborate with Senior QSs, Commercial Directors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress and financial performance
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Prime Residential market
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
