Workshop Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team at Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
  • Implement LEAN manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the workshop
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Monitor and control workshop costs, including labor, materials, and overheads
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a workshop supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
