Cure Talent is collaborating with a leading global manufacturing firm that focuses on cutting-edge medical and scientific products. We are currently seeking an Industrial Engineer to become a vital member of our multidisciplinary team.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing plant uptime and ensuring the efficient operation of facilities, manufacturing processes, and laboratory equipment. You will provide critical support to production and facilities teams, perform calibration and adjustments of instrumentation, and address any maintenance requirements that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute planned and reactive maintenance on facilities and manufacturing equipment.
  • Identify and repair faults to reduce downtime.
  • Work collaboratively with production and cross-functional teams to support ongoing operations.
  • Conduct equipment calibration and validation tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A relevant technical qualification (apprenticeship or Level 3) in mechanical, electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in reactive and preventative maintenance within an engineering environment.
  • Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Shift Details: This position operates on a double day shift pattern, Monday to Friday, rotating every two weeks between 6 am-2 pm and 2 pm-10 pm.
