Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Ltd is collaborating with a prestigious and leading manufacturing organization in search of a committed and proficient Site Services Technician to enhance their vibrant team.
This role requires a substantial level of technical expertise and adaptability to fulfill the demands of both the department and the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver technical insights and evaluations on issues as they emerge.
Conduct high-level static and dynamic maintenance on all machinery.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards consistently.
Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on various projects.
Guarantee site adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations at all times.
Communicate the effectiveness of repairs performed.
Oversee site facilities equipment such as boilers, effluent treatment plants, and compressors, as well as operate site facilities equipment as necessary.
Required Experience:
Essential:
Commercial experience in a technical engineering setting (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).
Practical approach with an emphasis on continuous enhancement.
Strong IT capabilities (particularly with Microsoft applications).
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
Higher-level educational qualification.
BOAS training or theoretical knowledge of steam boilers.
Experience with CMMS (e.g., Dynaway).
Prior experience in the utilities industry.
Familiarity with wastewater treatment facilities.
Experience in the maintenance and installation of equipment in hazardous and high-risk environments.
