The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in formulating and executing testing protocols for advanced microwave amplifier systems, ensuring optimal product quality and performance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive testing protocols for microwave amplifier systems.
  • Establish and maintain testing apparatus and environments tailored for amplifier evaluation.
  • Conduct extensive testing on amplifier prototypes and production models.
  • Evaluate test outcomes and generate detailed reports for design and production teams.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues in amplifiers.
  • Collaborate with RF design engineers to enhance product quality and dependability.
  • Create and sustain automated testing scripts to boost operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in testing RF/microwave systems, particularly amplifiers.
  • In-depth knowledge of RF theory and microwave circuitry.
  • Expertise in utilizing testing instruments such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and power meters.
  • Experience with automated testing equipment (ATE) and development of testing software.
  • Familiarity with industry standards pertinent to RF testing (e.g., MIL-STD, IEC).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining precise documentation.
