This varied and interesting role requires a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for delivering excellent service to our residents. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, managing both the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
- Completing health and safety checks
- Organising activities and events for Owners
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
We are looking for someone who is autonomous, with excellent administration skills and the ability to work independently. If you have experience in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity and health & social care sectors, we would love to hear from you.
