Adecco is collaborating with a prominent organization in the agricultural sector, seeking a dedicated Warehouse Dispatch and Packing Specialist to enhance their logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage daily orders for both local and international deliveries.
  • Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trailers, ensuring optimal product storage.
  • Securely wrap, label, and stabilize pallets for safe transportation.
  • Oversee stock rotation processes.
  • Dispose of waste materials in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Prioritize packing tasks to align with courier collection schedules.
  • Monitor and record temperature readings for refrigerated items as per quality standards.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure product availability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Dispatch Operations Lead or Distribution Manager to maintain high customer service standards.
