As a result of ongoing growth, we are looking for a Regional Catering Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with a diverse range of clients, including supermarkets, pubs, clubs, restaurants, and corporate offices.
  • Spending 2-3 days per week on the road, visiting engineers and clients within your designated area.
  • Providing hands-on assistance when necessary to resolve issues that engineers may encounter.
  • Contributing to recruitment efforts, conducting staff evaluations, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating with the office team.

Compensation Package: £50,000 - £55,000 base salary, plus a performance-based bonus reflecting your expertise.

  • Company-provided phone, laptop, van, and fuel card.
  • Generous leave policy: 22 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays.
  • Opportunities for further training and career development.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in the commercial kitchen equipment sector as an engineer is essential.
  • Managerial experience is advantageous, but we are also open to senior engineers looking to transition into management roles.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and excellent interpersonal abilities are required.
