Your Opportunity

We're seeking a high-energy, customer-focused individual to lead our Richmond club. As the Club Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, operations, and member experience. You'll be instrumental in shaping the direction of our company and will have the opportunity to grow with us.

ResponsibilitiesGeneral
  • Oversee all aspects of the club, including sales, hospitality, and operations.
  • Drive unit revenue and sales performance, supporting the club's positive net member movement requirement.
  • Provide a five-star member experience from opening to close.
  • Ensure safety, standards, and service are maintained throughout the club.
  • Lead the Club team to ensure they're well-trained, confident, and engaged.
Member Experience
  • Be the face of Drop-in with members and the local community.
  • Manage operational requirements, including maintenance and cleaning, contracts, and health and safety.
  • Create effective marketing activities, such as CRM, promotions, social content, and local events.
  • Support the Drop-in team, including training new joiners and supporting new club openings.
Sales and Marketing
  • Be accountable for all sales for your club, ensuring all sales budgets are achieved.
  • Monitor and track membership results and activity levels daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Manage tours, no-shows, non-joiners, inbound leads, sales strategy, and performance trends.
Experience Required
  • Significant operational experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Confidence in sales and engaging with customers daily.
  • Track record in hospitality with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
  • Evidence of growing experience and skills, taking on new learning opportunities.
Benefits
  • £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + bonus.
  • 33 days of annual leave per year, including 8 bank holidays, plus your birthday.
