Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with external marketing agencies to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Monitor spend with external marketing agencies against agreed budgets.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics for monthly reporting to the management board on campaign effectiveness.
- Liaise between agencies and fee earners to ensure tasks such as content creation are effectively briefed and prioritized.
- Liaison with internal stakeholders to develop content strategy for the company's corporate website, including building campaign pages that mirror content used by external agencies on their marketing channels.
- Liaison with external agencies and internal resources regarding social media post sharing on the company's corporate account.
- Demonstrable B2B and B2C marketing experience, particularly in inbound marketing.
- Experience in managing external marketing agencies.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- A 'can do' attitude, ability to prioritize well, and influence accordingly.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good understanding of marketing and digital campaigns.
A competitive salary of £50-55k and the opportunity to work in a dynamic team. The role requires 2-3 days of office work per week in Birmingham City Centre.
