The Role
They are seeking a Graduate Town Planner with an MRTPI accredited degree to join their dynamic team in Exeter. You will contribute to a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and urban regeneration schemes.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior planners in preparing planning applications and reports.
- Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies.
- Contributing to development strategies and master plans.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
The Ideal Candidate:
You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for planning. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong analytical mindset. Your ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential.
Qualifications:
- MRTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercially astute with a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
