As a key member of the Apex Group team, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, including all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and supervising a team of administrators and trainee administrators, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
* Preparing and implementing client-specific procedures to ensure compliance with administration and reporting requirements.
* Collaborating with accountants to plan and coordinate audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
* Overseeing cash management and reviewing bank payments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Assisting in the transaction management process for complex transactions, such as series issuances and structured finance.
Skills Required:
* Professional ICSA (or equivalent) qualification or studying towards.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in the finance industry.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to speak and understand English.
* Strong keyboard skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
