Job Description:
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Private Equity clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships, identifying potential risks, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including NAV calculations and fund administration.
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with external service providers, including auditors, law firms, and custodians, to ensure seamless operations.
- Providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Your Profile:
- 5-10 years of experience in fund accounting, with a strong background in NAV calculation, transfer agent, and investor servicing.
- Proficiency in UK GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, with experience in consolidation, financial statements preparation, and tax compliance.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of fund administration professionals.
