Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Operations Supervisor:
  • Oversee and direct trade operatives and subcontractors.
  • Deliver a consistent, efficient, and customer-focused operational repairs service, addressing all maintenance and repair needs.
  • Support the implementation of processes aimed at the continuous enhancement of the organization’s performance management strategies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of inspection and testing results for electrical work.

Qualifications for the Electrical Operations Supervisor:

Proficient in all facets of electrical work, possessing supervisory experience, ideally within a social housing context. Previous experience as an NICEIC QS is essential, along with familiarity with the NICEIC certification platform.
