Role Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for the Energy Management Portal (SystemsLink).
- Provide analytical assistance in the operation of the SystemsLink portal.
- Support the Energy Management teams, including Contract Management, DEC delivery, and BMS operational teams.
- Assist various property teams in delivering energy management data and identifying energy reduction opportunities.
- Facilitate user training sessions on the SystemsLink portal.
- Contribute positively to team dynamics through regular meetings and briefings.
- Promote best practices and safeguarding within the Entrust service portfolio.
- Identify and prioritize energy management projects, offering data-driven support for capital investment plans and funding bids.
- Proactively address property-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics; AAT qualified; HNC in Business & Finance; or NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, including skills in data modeling, database design, and data mining.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with other MS Office applications.
- Able to work independently or collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Competent in utilizing various ICT programs.
