Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager, ensuring seamless daily operations of the warehouse.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to Warehouse Operatives and team members in their daily tasks.
  • Manage and monitor warehouse performance metrics, including regular reporting and communication.
  • Uphold safety standards in warehouse operations by promoting a Health and Safety-oriented culture.
  • Champion employee wellbeing initiatives, utilizing recognition and performance management effectively.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Shift Manager or in a comparable position.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Work Systems.
  • A results-driven and highly motivated approach.
  • The ability to collaborate and influence team dynamics.
  • A solid understanding of essential warehouse processes.

This position operates on a day shift schedule, following a 4 on, 4 off pattern from 6am to 6pm.

Compensation includes a salary of £35,000, along with an annual bonus and additional employee benefits.
