We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care is provided to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Support the promotion of the highest standard of care and safeguard the development of all residents.
- Deputise for the Deputy Manager in their absence.
- Lead the staff team and support with the development of the team.
- Be part of the on-call team.
- Work with senior and group managers to ensure compliance with all standards and audit processes.
- Ensure all care is delivered to the individual's care plan and maintain individuals' support and care plans.
- General day-to-day duties of the house and maintain health and safety and infection control measures.
- Ensure independence is always fully promoted.
- Assist individuals with meal preparations and other living skills to promote independence.
- Experience of working within care services.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in a health-related topic.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Willingness to expand on knowledge and undertake training.
- A passion for supporting young adults and encouraging independence.
- Good communicator with basic computer skills.
- Excellent commitment and reliability.
