Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across various channels to meet sales targets.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify and target potential customers, and tailor outreach strategies to engage with target demographics or industries.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel, addressing their unique needs and developing strategies to convert leads into active accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to customer activation.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and use analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to provide insights and feedback to optimize the overall customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and account activation processes, and document best practices and success stories to share with the team.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and account activation.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- A background in shelving, merchandising, or senior retail would be looked upon favourably.
- A competitive salary negotiable depending on knowledge and experience.
- Uncapped commission.
