About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. If you have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote the company
- Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
- Track sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
- Work closely with the product development team to understand the company's products and services and provide feedback to help improve them
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record of developing and closing business deals
- Proven track record within B2B face-to-face sales
- Sales experience within the construction industry desirable
