Enterprise Sales Director

Join a leading cybersecurity company that's changing the game in people-centric security and compliance solutions. As a Sales Director at Proofpoint, you'll lead our Named Account Team covering accounts across the UK and Ireland, driving growth and revenue in the enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing field salespeople to drive business growth.
- Identify, grow, and close new business opportunities at executive levels (CISO/CIO/CTO) in enterprise accounts within the designated territory.
- Develop and execute strategies to sell to enterprise accounts, leveraging your expertise in the local market.
- Define and report on key metrics to measure sales performance, accurately forecast, and present deal analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to close deals, drive revenue, and meet customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in hyper-growth environments, building and leading large organizations at scale in the enterprise market.
- Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to lead a diverse team and drive cultural alignment.
