About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our Southwest region. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our sales and marketing strategy to achieve our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales and marketing plan to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Sales and Marketing Executives to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director with a proven track record of success in the New Homes, Construction, or Property sectors. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the New Homes, Construction, or Property sectors.
