Director of Sales and Marketing for Churchill Living Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our Southwest region and drive business growth. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our sales and marketing strategy, leading a team of Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Sales and Marketing Executives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional sales and marketing strategy to achieve business goals, including the delivery of approximately 400 sales per year and 15 new site launches annually.
- Grow and develop the existing team to support regional business objectives.
- Drive high performance through effective leadership, innovation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Review and analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize results.
- Mentor and develop Area Sales Managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their management skills.
- Visit sites regularly to ensure a physical presence for Sales Executives and foster a positive, customer-centric culture.
- Oversee people management and planning, including talent development, recruitment, and succession planning.
- Monitor and manage the budgeted sales and delivery against targets.
We are looking for a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director with a proven track record in the New Homes, Construction, or Property sectors. You will have a strong background in leadership, sales, and marketing, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering operational excellence.
You will be a true leader of people, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. Your analytical thinking, authenticity, and planning skills will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business results.
