About the Role:

Arterra Wines Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Winery Associate. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our visitors, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for each and every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with wine tasting and purchases, providing expert knowledge and recommendations
  • Conduct engaging and informative tours of the winery, including structured tastings for tour groups

  • Operate a computerized point-of-sale system and perform opening and closing duties

Requirements:

  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Background in the hospitality or customer service sector
  • Basic understanding of wines in the region and the winemaking process, with training available
