About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Winery Associate to join our team at Arterra Wines Canada. As a Winery Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting wine tastings, and educating visitors about our award-winning wines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with wine tastings and purchases
  • Conduct informative wine tastings and tours for visitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Operate a computerized point-of-sale system
  • Assist with special events and off-site wine promotions
  • Stock and maintain wine and giftware inventory
  • Perform general housekeeping duties

Requirements:

  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Background in the hospitality or customer service sector
  • Basic understanding of wines and the winemaking process
  • Passion for learning about wine
  • First Aid Certification
