Asbestos Removal and Consultancy Opportunities

We are partnering with a leading client to fill multiple Asbestos Professional roles across the UK.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Asbestos Removal Supervisor:

  • Lead asbestos removal projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety on all job sites.

Asbestos Removal Operative:

  • Conduct asbestos removal operations under the supervision of a supervisor.
  • Follow safety protocols and company standards during removal activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to removal projects.
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety on all job sites.

Asbestos Consultant:

  • Conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys in various residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collect samples, perform visual inspections, and accurately record data to assess the presence and condition of asbestos-containing materials.
  • Complete lab paperwork accurately, including the timely posting of Bulk Samples.
  • Engage in personal growth to achieve full competency and certification in all consultancy areas.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge with trainees, and supporting colleagues.
Requirements

Asbestos Removal Supervisor:

  • Valid Asbestos Removal Supervisor Certificate (minimum 2 years' experience) and all relevant documentation.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Asbestos Removal Operative:

  • Asbestos Removal Operative Certificate (minimum 2 years' experience) and all relevant documentation.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Full UK Driving License.

Asbestos Consultant:

  • At least 12 months of experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited company.
  • P402 certification is essential; additional asbestos modules are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of asbestos-related regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Clean UK driving license.
