Role Overview:
As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Project Delivery Team, concentrating on Change Management projects. You will engage closely with various stakeholders to articulate requirements, map workflows, critically assess processes, and assist in solution design, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to articulate requirements, prioritize tasks, and maintain traceability throughout the change management process.
- Create detailed 'as is' process documentation, identify interdependencies, and propose 'to be' process enhancements.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance from the initial requirements phase through to change implementation, providing strategic insights in process optimization.
- Assist the Project Delivery Team with governance, risk management, and progress tracking of Business Analyst activities.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships across the organization, collaborating with subject matter experts and development teams, while contributing to best practices and process enhancements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and redesign.
- Exceptional facilitation skills and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., requirements documentation, process flow diagrams).
- Demonstrated capability to identify current ('as is') and future ('to be') processes, and to model requirements at varying levels of detail for both minor enhancements and significant projects.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions and exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding teamwork abilities, including excellent listening and communication skills at all organizational levels, and the capacity to build relationships across the company.
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, Financial Services, or Professional Services sector is advantageous, along with a solid technical understanding for collaboration with technical teams and software providers.
