Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team, supporting a gentleman with a spinal cord injury in his daily life.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the individual's physical and emotional well-being, providing support with daily activities, rehabilitation, and social interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to the individual, including assistance with daily living tasks and rehabilitation programs.
- Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support the individual in maintaining their independence and autonomy.
- Engage in social interactions and activities to promote the individual's mental and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless support and care.
We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work flexibly and provide high-quality support.
No prior care experience is necessary, as full training will be provided, including shift shadowing and support from experienced team members.
