Technical Trainer – Rolling Stock / Training Department

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our Rolling Stock / Training Department. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training on tram maintenance, repair, overhaul, depot processes and procedures, and relevant operational aspects.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan, design, and deliver technical training and associated assessments, including classroom teaching, practical workshops, webinars, online learning user guides, and tutorials.
* Record all completed training and competencies on the company's competency management software.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in an engineering position.
* Proven hands-on technical electrical engineering experience.
* NCQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C/4 or above (or equivalent qualifications) which include Maths, English, and Science.
* Hold a Full UK driving license.

**Nice to Have**

* Held a degree HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering.
* Certificate in Education or equivalent.
* Assessor Qualifications or equivalent.
