- Assist the Operations team in fulfilling customer requirements by deboning the necessary quantity of legs.
- Adhere to Health and Safety protocols.
- Comply with Food Safety regulations.
- Engage in manual handling tasks as required.
- Previous experience as a butcher or relevant butchery qualification is essential for this role.
