Job Title: Associate Director - Enterprise Platforms Sales

At Cognizant, we're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Associate Director - Enterprise Platforms Sales. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading partner-driven sales initiatives and collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead partner-driven sales initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic growth plans.
  • Set and achieve sales targets by leveraging partner networks and promoting enterprise platform solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer challenges, and growth opportunities within the enterprise platform space.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for partners and ensure they are fully supported throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor partner performance and KPIs, ensuring that all targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree with several years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Proven experience in partner sales, business development, or partner management, ideally within the enterprise platforms or software space.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across large organizations.
  • Experience in leading expansion strategies in complex, multi-country regions such as EMEA.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise sales cycle and partner-driven sales models.
