We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SHEQ Advisor to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our employees, the environment, and the overall operational excellence of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective SHEQ management systems across multiple sites
- Provide expert guidance on legislative regulations and ensure compliance
- Lead by example and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Minimum of Level 3 NEBOSH National General Certificate
- Proven experience in managing or operating under an effective SHEQ management system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to create a SHEQ-first culture and promote inclusive workplace behaviors
