Position Overview:

This role centers around orchestrating the journey of casual staff from the recruitment phase through to the successful execution of race days. Key responsibilities encompass managing labor costs, overseeing recruitment processes, and sustaining a robust pool of casual personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reduce staff turnover through effective management practices
• Oversee administrative duties for events
• Conduct staff briefings prior to events
• Encourage communication across departments
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Strategize and recruit casual staff for events
• Maintain an organized recruitment database and personnel records
• Collaborate with the payroll department

Qualifications:

• GCSEs in Mathematics and English
• Proficient in computer applications
• Background in cost management and recruitment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Capability to perform under pressure
