Position: Cluster Sales Manager
Overview:
This role involves overseeing two prominent hotels under a reputable management group, strategically located in key areas. The properties focus on corporate clientele, offering a total of 480 rooms along with vibrant dining options and fitness facilities. The Cluster Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales from essential local, national, and international markets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with significant clients and agents.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Lead and develop the on-site sales team to achieve targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, General Manager, and brand sales team.
- Organize site visits and client engagement activities as necessary.
- Prepare and present sales activity reports as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Sales Executive is essential.
- Familiarity with the London market is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management is required.
- Must possess a self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Experience in people management and leadership is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of approximately £42,000 per annum, along with bonus and benefits.
