Position: Cluster Sales Manager

Overview:

This role involves overseeing two prominent hotels under a reputable management group, strategically located in key areas. The properties focus on corporate clientele, offering a total of 480 rooms along with vibrant dining options and fitness facilities. The Cluster Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales from essential local, national, and international markets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with significant clients and agents.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead and develop the on-site sales team to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, General Manager, and brand sales team.
  • Organize site visits and client engagement activities as necessary.
  • Prepare and present sales activity reports as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Sales Executive is essential.
  • Familiarity with the London market is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management is required.
  • Must possess a self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Experience in people management and leadership is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary.

Compensation:

Competitive salary of approximately £42,000 per annum, along with bonus and benefits.
