Job Summary:
Williams Lea Limited is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team within a leading law firm. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our clients in accordance with our Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including scanning, photocopying, and print jobs.
- Support with Office Health and Safety initiatives.
- Assist with social and charitable events.
- Regularly update the intranet with relevant information.
- Liaise with other team members to ensure workloads are balanced and SLAs are met.
- Identify and eliminate process weaknesses, and provide training to team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing timely and consistent updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, providing assistance and advice as required.
Key Competencies and Personal Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on administrative support.
- Ability to take instruction and work independently.
- Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Planning and Organising, Self-Motivated, Organised, Customer Focused, Strong Personality, Effective Communicator and Delegator, Methodical and Logical Approach, Team Player.
