About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at OMG HR Ltd T/As SENDirect. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, providing essential guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers during lessons and lead small group interventions
  • Work within a year group or Key Stage, providing support to students with varying needs
  • Participate in whole-school CPD on Friday afternoons, focusing on special educational needs
  • Contribute to personalized professional development tailored to the four key areas of special educational needs: Cognition & Learning, Communication & Interaction, Social, Emotional & Mental Health, and Physical & Sensory Needs
