The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Managers and Head of Real Estate in running the Digital Legal Delivery Real Estate team.

The Role

The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating a team of real estate lawyers and supporting the Senior Managers and Head of Real Estate in running the Digital Legal Delivery Real Estate team.
  • Providing expert advice on real estate matters, including asset management and real estate investment and development transactions.
  • Managing resources and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with other teams within the firm to deliver high-quality work and provide excellent client service.
  • Line management responsibility for Senior Solicitors, Solicitors, Trainees and Legal Analysts.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales or Northern Ireland.
  • 5+ years PQE gained in the Real Estate practice area.
  • Proven track-record of supervising and coordinating a real estate team and experience across a range of real estate disciplines.
  • Highly desirable is a proven track-record of experience in mid-high value sales, purchases, real estate finance and investment at a senior level.
Working Pattern

This is a full-time position based in Belfast.
