We are seeking an experienced Second Line Support Engineer to join our client's growing IT team in Exeter. As a Second Line Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues escalated from the 1st Line support team, configuring and installing hardware, and liaising with the 3rd Line team for escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to over 4000 colleagues internally
  • Configure and install hardware
  • Liaise with the 3rd Line team for escalated issues
  • Work with Active Directory, ITIL, Windows Server, and other technical systems
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a 2nd Line role
  • Active Directory experience
  • ITIL certification
  • Windows Server experience
  • Experience fixing and configuring hardware
  • Full UK driving license
